Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Assistant located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Medical Assistant will assist healthcare professionals by performing administrative and clinical tasks, including recording patient information, preparing examination rooms, managing medical records, and assisting with patient care. They will ensure the smooth operation of the medical office by coordinating appointments, maintaining supplies, and supporting medical staff as needed.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Medical Assisting and knowledge of basic Medical Terminology
• Experience working in a Medical Office and handling Medical Records
• Strong Patient Care skills and the ability to interact compassionately with patients
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
• Relevant certification or diploma in Medical Assisting or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant medical software systems is preferred
• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements and medical ethics is a plus
