Welcome to manpowerglobal.io (the “Site”). The Site is operated by
Manpower Global Mobility (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing
or using the Site, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), you
agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use
the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. When you create an
account, you must provide accurate information and keep credentials
confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We offer a platform for employers/recruiters to post jobs and for candidates to
discover and apply. We may also provide value-added services such as screening,
CV optimization, mobility/relocation guidance, and employer branding. We do not
guarantee employment, visa issuance, or candidate selection.
Where paid Services apply, you agree to pay all fees plus taxes as invoiced.
Payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated in an order or required by
law. We may suspend Services for late or failed payments.
You will not: (a) misuse or disrupt the Site; (b) harvest or resell data; (c)
post illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringing content; (d) circumvent
security; (e) impersonate others; or (f) use the Services for spam or fraud.
The Site, software, design, logos, and content are owned by us or our
licensors and protected by IP laws. You receive a limited, revocable,
non-transferable license to access the Services for their intended purpose. You
retain rights in content you submit; you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free
license to host, process, transmit, display, and share such content to operate
the Services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal
data, including cross-border transfers. By using the Services, you consent to
such processing and transfers as described.
Users must comply with applicable immigration, labor, EEO, and anti-trafficking
laws. We are not a law firm; information provided is general and does not
constitute legal advice. Visa outcomes and processing times are determined by
authorities and outside our control.
The Site may link to third-party websites, payment gateways, job boards, or
partners. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or policies.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent
permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or
error-free operation, nor the availability of jobs, candidates, or outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of
profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not
exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 3 months preceding the
claim (or USD 100 if none).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your
content, use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law
or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate access (with or without notice) for suspected
breach, fraud, security risk, or unlawful activity. Upon termination, the
license granted to you ends and certain sections (e.g., IP, Disclaimers,
Liability, Indemnity) survive.
We may modify the Services and these Terms at any time. Material changes will
be posted on the Site with an updated “Effective date.” Continued use after
changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates
(without regard to conflicts rules). Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. If you operate in another jurisdiction,
you may have mandatory consumer rights that also apply.
