Job Description / Responsibility

Reports To: General Manager – Operations & Business Growth

Job Purpose:

To handle client bookings, air ticket issuance, and after-sales service ensuring smooth and timely travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process air tickets through GDS.
• Handle booking requests, re-issuance, refunds, and travel documentation.
• Maintain client communication via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
• Ensure timely payment collection and proper record keeping.
• Coordinate with airlines and corporate clients to resolve issues.
• Support marketing & operations teams as per business need.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor’s degree (Tourism, Business or relevant field).

Experience Requirements
• 1 to 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Group of Companies

Additional Requirements
• 1–3 years of ticketing or travel operations experience.
• Must have hands-on experience with GDS.
• Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and promptness are must.
