Job Description / Responsibility

Office Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Friday Off)

Responsibilities:
• Guide students with accurate counselling and admission processes
• Prepare & check visa-related documents and manage paperwork
• Keep updated with Malaysia visa & admission requirements
• Conduct pre-interview preparation classes for students
• Submit all required documents on time
• Communicate with clients via phone, email & in-person meetings
• Hunt students from Facebook groups and provide counselling
• Carry out any tasks assigned by management

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor/Honors
• স্নাতক ডিগ্রিধারী হতে হবে।

Experience Requirements
• 1 to 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Travel Agent,Tour Operator,Immigration/Visa Processing

Additional Requirements
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a student consultancy firm
• Experience in Japan student counselling sector is a plus
• Strong communication skills (Bangla & English)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Solid knowledge of documentation & Japan visa process
• Experience in Japan student counselling sector is a plus
