Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sr. Executive - Sales & Marketing role located in Dhaka. The Sr. Executive will be responsible for planning and executing effective sales and marketing strategies, identifying new customer opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves market research, creating promotional campaigns, and collaborating across teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications
• Strong Sales and Marketing skills, including the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management and fostering business partnerships
• Proficiency in Market Research and creating strategic promotional campaigns
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry preferred
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools is an advantage
