Job Description / Responsibility

Pan Pacific Tours is a travel agency providing travel and tourist visa service. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Senior Executive, Visa and Holiday Package Sales. The ideal applicant will be responsible for ensuring a smooth booking process, providing updated travel visa information, fast and error-free visa processing, assisting clients with their travel needs and providing overall exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate sales leads and convert the sales leads into sales
• Provide updated information on tourist visa requirements, and fast and error-free visa processing
• Book and manage tour operator, flight, hotel and transport reservation, ticket issuance, reissuance and cancellation
• Plan, price and deliver tour packages as per market and customer demand
• Collect due amounts from customers in a short time
• Use global distribution system (GDS) such as Amadous, Sabre or Galileo and OTAs in an adept manner
• Provide accurate quotation and ensure the best value option for customer
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Keep and share up to date knowledge of airline rules, policies and promotional offers
• Provide travel itineraries and ensure that all bookings comply with client requirements and industry best practice
• Maintain records of customer, transactions and reports for management as and when needed
• Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor/Honors
• Skills Required: Marketing and Sales, Travel Consultant

Experience Requirements
• At least 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body,Airline,Travel Agent,GSA,Tour Operator,Immigration/Visa Processing,Travel Startup,Airport Service

Additional Requirements

The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
• Travel Agency and Sales, Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadous, Sabre or Galileo, Tour Operator, Flight, Hotel and Transport Reservation, Tour Package Planning, Pricing and Delivery, Visa Processing, Transport Service and Immigration Rules, and Customer Service
• Must have Knowledge on Tour Packages, Tour Destination, Visa Related Work and Air Tickets
• Must have the ability to generate sales leads and convert the sales leads into sales
• Must be comfortable to represent services on Facebook Live & Reels for promotions
• Must be able to collect due amounts from customers in a short time
• Strong Communication Skills in English and Bangla
• Must have Professional Computer Skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Tour Operating Softwares)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
