Position: Sales & Marketing ManagerLocation: Doha, QatarIndustry: Horticulture / Landscaping / Garden CenterResponsibilities:Lead sales and marketing operations for a large nursery and garden center.Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.Manage promotional campaigns, advertising, and social media presence to increase brand visibility.Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and corporate clients (villas, resorts, landscaping projects).Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and prepare sales & marketing forecasts.Provide regular reports on sales performance and marketing ROI to senior management.

Skills

5+ years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing Management, preferably in horticulture, landscaping, or retail garden centers.Strong leadership and negotiation skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Experience in digital marketing, promotional campaigns, and client relationship management.Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
