Job Description / Responsibility

Gtation is a new and ambitious Digital Marketing Agency committed to helping brands grow through creativity, strategy, and performance. We’re looking for a smart, motivated, and result-oriented Manager to lead our agency toward growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
• Generate leads and convert them into clients for digital marketing services (SEO, social media, Branding, Paid Ads, etc.).
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
• Collaborate with the creative, media, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Create business plans, business proposals, presentations and marketing materials to attract new clients.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction with our services.
• Manage, guide, and motivate the sales & marketing team to meet and exceed targets.
• Represent the agency in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Ensure the company becomes profitable and maintains steady sales growth.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Sales target, Customer Service, Manager Marketing Manager Operation

Experience Requirements
• 4 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Advertising Agency,IT Enabled Service,Trading or Export/Import,Consulting Firms,Restaurant,Travel Agent,Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup,Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup

Additional Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sales & marketing, sales, or agency management.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Leadership qualities with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to lead a team with professionalism, creativity, and strategic insight.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

Salary
• Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)
