Job Description / Responsibility
• Analyze and report daily efficiency.
• Focusing on the first two days of new style loading.
• Develop and maintain the Operator Skill Matrix to support line balancing and training needs.
• Track and analyze loss time due to technical issues (machine breakdowns, power, etc.)
• Document and analyze time lost during style changes.
• Monitor DHU% in sewing section.
• Ensure adherence to buyer`s compliance requirements and maintain 5S across the floor.
• Support manpower planning based on absenteeism data.
• Productivity improvement & smooth technical support.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
• Skills Required: Computer Literacy, Problem solving and decision making, Good English communication skills (verbal and Written), Proactive and Positive attitude

Experience Requirements
• 5 to 6 year(s)
