Genex Infosys PLC. is looking for IT Service Monitoring - Junior Engineer

Job Description / Responsibility
This role ensures 24/7 monitoring and first-level support of advanced IT Solutions systems under a full managed service model. You will proactively detect issues, perform L1 troubleshooting, escalate incidents, and help maintain service levels.

Job Responsibilities
Monitor applications, telephony, and infrastructure dashboards in real time.
Perform routine health checks and acknowledge alerts promptly.
Investigate and resolve common incidents (L1 support).
Escalate complex issues to senior teams or vendors to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
Manage user access and roles into systems
Log and track all incidents.
Prepare shift handover and incident reports.
Act as the first point of contact for service-related queries.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Skills Required:
Network Monitoring, Good English communication skills (verbal and Written), Good capacity to work under pressure, IT Infrastructure and Network Implementation
