Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist located in Dhaka. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing medical care, delivering healthcare support services, responding to emergencies, and offering training where necessary. The role also involves communicating effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a high standard of care.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Emergency Medical Treatment (EMT) practices
• Strong knowledge of Medicine and general healthcare protocols
• Excellent Communication skills for patient interactions and team collaboration
• Capability in Training and educating others on healthcare practices
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented approach to work
• Bachelor's degree or certification in a healthcare-related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a medical or healthcare role is an advantage
