Texas Sky Travels is looking for General Manager - Operations & Business Growth

Job Description / Responsibility

Reports To: Group COO and MD & CEO

Job Purpose:

To lead and oversee the entire business operations of Texas Sky Travels ensuring strategic growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction in alignment with Group vision and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, develop, and execute the overall travel business strategy.
• Oversee air ticketing, visa, hotel booking and travel package services.
• Manage and guide the marketing and ticketing teams to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Build B2B and B2C networks through corporate partnerships and travel agencies.
• Monitor sales, cost efficiency and service quality metrics.
• Ensure compliance with airline regulations, IATA standards and company policies.
• Maintain strong liaison with airlines, GDS and relevant travel partners.
• Prepare monthly business reports and strategic presentations for Group COO and MD & CEO.

Educational Requirements
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in, Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field.

Experience Requirements
• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Travel Agent

Additional Requirements
• Minimum 5 years Managerial experience in the travel/tourism or airline industry.
• Strong leadership, business planning, and client handling skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of GDS.
• Excellent communication & negotiation ability.
