PeoplePro Business Solution is looking for a passionate and data-driven professional (Local applicant) to lead digital growth strategy — someone who can blend creativity with analytics to drive measurable business impact.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, and paid media.

Drive lead generation and revenue growth through strategic sales planning.

Manage a cross-functional digital and sales team.

Analyze performance data and optimize ROI across campaigns.

Collaborate with senior management to align marketing and business goals.

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or sales leadership.

3-4 years of social media content creation experience (agency/multi-brand a plus)

Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and analytics tools.

Canva wizardry (Photoshop/Illustrator a bonus), Video editing skills (CapCut, After Effects, etc.)

Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Excellent English writing skills (Bangla is a plus)

A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and measurable results.
