As the cultural face of Mandarin Oriental, Muscat, the Lobby Ambassador – Omani Culture serves as the symbolic gateway to Oman. This role blends legendary hospitality with the warmth, heritage, and traditions of the Sultanate.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Interaction & Cultural Representation
• Share insights into Omani customs, traditions, and etiquette.
• Recommend cultural attractions and local experiences.
• Lobby Presence & Guest Experience Support
• Maintain a strong, welcoming presence in the lobby.
• Monitor and support lobby ambiance and guest flow.
• Event & Cultural Activation Support
• Support planning cultural displays and holiday celebrations.
• Collaborate on lobby cultural activations with Marketing and PR.
• Internal Support & Training
• Provide cultural awareness sessions for colleagues.
